Following customers' requirement to make the OEM mold. Mold base: LKM C50Inserts(cavity and core): 1.2344(quenching), 1.2738 (Nitrurado), 1.2083, 1.2311, NAK80 or you required material. Standard parts: Punch dalian ( following HASCO STANDARD), HASCO, DME, MISUMIPart material: ABS, ABS/PC, PA, PA66+30GF, PBT, PC, POM, PP, PE, PVC and so onLeadtime of first samples: Around 3~6weeks depends on plastic injection moulds construction.
Part design analyse-->mould design-->design checking and confirmation-->mould making-->trial production-->sampling--> adjustment-->approval.
We have one professional engineers team to check the part design, mould design to make sure all are right before production. My engineers follow the moulds' production every week to make sure all of them are in schedule; after trial production, we will check the samples about the finishing and dimension to make sure samples are right or not and make report to our clients; we do the last final inspection on moulds before mould shipment.
